Candela Now Helps You Record and Process Missed Sales

Missed sales or lost sales are your potential sales that could have happened but didn’t either because the required items were out of stock or because you never had that item or brand in the first place.
To be able to turn such missed opportunities into sales, you need to have a clear picture of all your missed opportunities. In other words, you need to do the following:

1.     --Record all your missed Sales
2.     --Replenish your stock at regular intervals
Candela RMS now helps you keep track of missed sales and create requests for restocking. As Candela users you can easily turn missed sales into opportunities.

You can Use Candela Training Mode

You can Configure Candela Training mode to practice on your original database without disturbing the original data. Moreover, during practice you can also switch from training mode to regular mode and vice-versa.

Just go to Utilities>Setup &Configuration>Candela Training Mode.
Click on the button ‘Configure Training Mode’ and follow instructions.

You can Simplify your Screen 

You can hide information input fields on a few Candela screens.  For example, if you think you will not need certain input fields on the Product Definition screen, you can hide them to make the screen simpler.


Go to: Utilities>Setup &Configuration>Customize Forms Controls.

Click the screen name to expand it and mark checkboxes against the fields you don’t want to use. Save.

You can Change Product Codes

If you have defined product codes with certain coding scheme and later want to change it, you can do so by going to: Utilities>Product Utilities>Change Product Code.

In the Old Code field, select the product whose code you want to change. In the New Code field, enter new code. Save. 

Check sales Against a specific Discount Type

To see sales generated against a particular discount, use C-11 Shop Sales Report. Select the desired discount and generate report.

Wizard’s Commandment

Perform Physical Audit at least once a month. This improves the speed of many reports, and also blocks the back date entry of different transactions.

 And use data collectors (barcode scanners) for physical audit. This saves time and improves accuracy.
