• LumenSoft appoints a partner manager who looks after the requirements of the partner companies.

LumenSoft gives handsome License revenue share to its partners.

Deployment revenue mainly goes to the Partner companies.

Support service fee is divided between LumenSoft and Partner companies based on product upgradation fee and service fee.

Is there a training program for partners?

Partners are assigned partner mangers. A Partner manager is a coordinator who is responsible for taking periodic feedback from the partners and also providing help in case there is a delay in the support services. Also, any suggestion for improvement in the partner program can be submitted to him.
